If you have a question about a specific product or application, check whether it is already covered in our FAQ sections. Most common questions about equipment selection, refrigerant compatibility, breaker ratings, and pump sizing are answered directly in our review pages.
If you believe a specification, test result, or claim in one of our reviews is factually incorrect, please email editorial@industrialrank.com with the specific claim, the source you believe contradicts it, and a link to the review in question. We take data accuracy seriously and will investigate all credible corrections within 24 hours.
We do not respond to requests to remove unfavorable reviews, alter scores based on advertiser relationships, or publish anonymous tips about competitor products without verifiable sourcing.
